Citizen Comment 

Residents and non-residents are encouraged to attend monthly Council meetings.  There is a designated item on the agenda specifically for citizen concerns or questions.  To keep the meeting on schedule, discussion items must be kept to a time limit.  If you would like to discuss a certain issue before Council, you are welcomed to contact City Hall, so that you may be added to the agenda
