Committees 

Advisory boards and committees are in place to allow for in-depth discussion of relevant topics.  A report of findings is passed along to Council, along with the committee's recommendations based on the research.  Most boards meet on a monthly basis, however, there are a few commissions that meet only when needed.  The public is invited to attend all open meetings.
