The
Depot Park building is available for rent. There are
approximately seventy(70) chairs and ten(10) tables available inside,
along with a refridgerator, stove, sink, and restroom. There are
also twelve(12) picnic tables outside.
The Depot Park building is located next to our Municipal Swimming Pool and our large, new outdoor play structure.

DEPOT PARK RULES
A $50 deposit with the regular rental fee for use of the park is required at the time you pick up the key at City Hall. Providing the Park building and grounds has been cleaned, the deposit can either be picked up when you return the key, or we will mail your deposit. You can put the key in the drop box located in the alley behind City Hall.
Ø Condition of the floor will be left as found. If sweeping or mopping is needed, equipment is on site.
Ø All excess food should be removed and garbage bagged.
Ø Supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) are located in the rest room cupboard.
Ø Make sure stove and lights are turned off, windows closed and doors locked when event is through.
Ø The City crew will make inspections the morning following an event as to the cleanliness of the facility.
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE CONSUMED OR BROUGHT TO THE PARK OR PARK BUILDINGS. Permits for alcohol on City property may be obtained by contacting City Hall the first of the month preceding an event. All permits must be approved by City Council action.
